Shelby Jean Maynard, 79, of Sidney, KY, passed away Monday, December 13, 2021, in the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY. Shelby was born October 27, 1942, in Pike County, KY, the daughter of the late George Thomas Pinson and Ethel Billiter Pinson.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 15th and Thursday December 16th, from 6 – 9 PM in the R. E. Rogers Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021, beginning at 11 AM in the funeral home chapel with Harrison Baisden and Gary Dove officiating. Burial will follow in the Maynard Cemetery, Sidney, KY, with her grandsons serving as pallbearers. Her sons-in-law will be honorary pallbearers. There will be a singing service on Wednesday at 7 PM and special services Thursday at 7 PM. R. E. Rogers Funeral Home of Belfry is serving the Maynard family.
