She was born at Littcarr, Kentucky on September 27, 1955 to Columbus Parks and Geneva Smith Parks.

Funeral services for Carolyn Lee Click will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Sunday, December 19,
2021, at 1:00PM with Scotty Click officiating. Burial will follow at the Click Family Cemetery at Leburn, KY. Visitation
will be held at the Chapel, Friday and Saturday evenings after 6:00PM with additional services each evening at
7:00PM.
Family requests that masks be worn at all times.
