John D. Horne, age 68 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at his residence. He was born January 19, 1953 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Yancy & Opal Cornett Horne.

He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 23, 2021 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Robert May officiating

Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
