Deputies with the Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report at a home on Guyandotte Road on Christmas Eve.

 

Upon their arrival, they found 23-year-old Kenneth Ray Farley standing near the back of the home.

 

After speaking with the homeowner, deputies discovered that Farley had allegedly smashed through the sliding glass door to enter the house. He also allegedly shattered a door inside of the home.

 

Farley was then arrested and charged with burglary, petit larceny, destruction of property and trespassing. Currently, he is being held at the Southwest Regional Jail, in Holden.
