Traffic Stop Uncovers Meth, Heroin, And More

A woman out of Elliott County was arrested this past Thursday.

 

Elliot County Sheriff’s Department Officials say they made a traffic stop on 31-year-old Lyndaleen Oliver. During the stop, officers were able to determine that Oliver was under the influence. While searching the vehicle, deputies uncovered 15.5 tablets, determined to be alprozolam, two suboxone tablets, a baggie with suspected meth, three bags with suspected heroin, and cash. All items were said to have been located in the vehicle’s center console.

 

Oliver now faces charges of DUI, trafficking in the first degree for heroin, and trafficking in the first degree for meth, among others.

 

Oliver is currently being held in the Rowan County Detention Center.
