Dr. Michael Douglas Goble, age 40 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021, at his residence. He was born on November 6, 1981 in Pikeville, Kentucky to Douglas Eugene Goble of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Patricia Carr (Ed) Hayden of Banner, Kentucky. He was the husband of Breanna Dawn Goble. Michael was a Family Practice Physician at Prestonsburg Primary Care and was Board Certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Mike served as Co-Medical Director at Appalachian Hospice and was a member of the Medical Staff at Highlands ARH, in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, where he served on many committees. Micheal was the Director of the Physician Rounding group and was a lead member of the Physician COVID Team, at Highlands ARH. Micheal was an alumni member of the University of Kentucky, where he attended Medical School.

He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Visitation will begin Monday, December 27, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Tuesday, December 28, 2021

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Clayton Case

Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
