Jeremy Allen Adams Butcher “Daddy Daddy”, age 42 of Wittensville, Kentucky passed away Saturday, January 8, 2022.

Born October 25, 1978 in Floyd County, he was the son of Steve Butcher and Diana Adams Butcher of Paintsville, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Wednesday, January 12, 2022 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with entombment to follow at the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 1:00pm to 8:00pm Monday, 12:00pm to 8:00pm Tuesday and until the time of service on Wednesday. Buddy Baldwin will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
