Fred Tyler Blaine Hicks, age 26 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at UK Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky. He was born April 17, 1995 in Floyd County, Kentucky to Ronald Keith Hicks of Hueysville, Kentucky and Deanna Johnson of Frankfort, Kentucky.

Visitation will begin Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Wednesday, January 12, 2022

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 12 noon at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Glen Slone officiating

Burial will follow at Fred Johnson Cemetery, Ruff & Tuff, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
