Jim Stan Maggard, age 70, of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Monday, January 17, 2022, at Highland ARH, Prestonsburg, KY.

He is survived by his wife, Belinda Conley Maggard; one son, James Bradley Maggard, and two brothers, Robert McRay Maggard and Mark Allen Maggard.

There will be no public visitation and private family services will be conducted at a later date.
