Billie Eugene Osborne, age 92, of Langley, KY, husband of the late Joann Collins Osborne, passed away Friday, January 21, 2022 at the Highlands ARH, Prestonsburg, KY.  He was born July 4, 1929 in Jonancy, KY, a son of the late Melvin and Elizabeth Bridgeman Osborne.

Funeral service will be conducted Monday, January 24, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Collins and Larry Patton officiating.  Burial will follow in the Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, KY, visitation is after 6 p.m. Saturday and after 12 noon Sunday at the funeral home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
