Arthur Franklin Hall, age 77 of Flat Gap, Kentucky formerly of Meally, Kentucky went to his Heavenly home January 19, 2022 at Paintsville ARH.
Arthur was born March 27, 1944 in Johnson County to the late Virgil and Emma Parker Hall.
Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at the Meally Church of Christ with burial to follow in the Hall Cemetery, Meally. Friends may visit the church from 1:00pm to 9:00pm Monday, 9:00am to 9:00pm Tuesday. Brett McKenzie will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
