Garna Jo Meade, age 79 of Whitehouse, Kentucky passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. Born May 13, 1942 in Martin County, Kentucky to the late John and Mary Williamson.

Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Monday, January 31, 2022 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Wilson Cemetery at Boonscamp, Kentucky. Isaac Rowland will officiate. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Saturday from 5:00-9:00pm, Sunday 9:00am-9:00pm, and on Monday after 9:00am until time of services at 1:00pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
