Robert James Wilks, age 79, of Hippo, KY, husband of the late Phyllis Ann Hoover Wilks, passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at the Paul B. Hall Medical Center, Paintsville, KY.  He was born April 1, 1942 in Laurium, MI, a son of the late Robert Wilks and Myrtle James Wilks.  He was retired from RNS trucking company and worked for Ford Motor Company and was a US Army Veteran having served as a E-4 Specialist.

Memorial service will be conducted Sunday, January 30, 2022 from 12 until 3 p.m. at the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, KY.  Burial will follow in the Miners Cemetery, Eastern, KY, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
