Kelly Nicole Rowe, 39 of Pikeville, KY passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at her residence. Kelly was born July 29, 1982 to Gwendolyn Ward Caudill of Elkhorn City, KY and the late Ivol Caudill.
Visitation will be from 6-10PM Friday, Janaury 28, 2022 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 2PM from the chapel with David Thacker officiating.
