Madeline Coleman Ratliff, 61 of Elkhorn City, Ky. was born on July 3, 1960, in Pikeville, Ky., and passed away at the UKMC. She was the daughter of Lucille Looney Coleman of Elkhorn City and the late Frank Bennett Coleman.
Visitation will be from 6:00-10:00 PM on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7:00. Ministers will be Rick Sawyers, Ray Sayers, Rick Fuller and, Plennie Gale Sawyers. The funeral service will be on Friday at 2:00 from the chapel. Burial will follow in the Wilson Cemetery at Draffin, Ky.
