A man out of Madison County stands accused of sexually assaulting a minor after his arrest on Tuesday.

 

Burl Hollon, of Waco, was charged with two counts of rape, two counts of sodomy, and two counts of sexual abuse.

 

He is currently being held at the Madison County Detention Center.

 

Officers with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office conducted the investigation while Kentucky State Police handled the arrest.
