Roland Matthew Bailey, Sr. age 60 of Bedford Springs, Kentucky formerly of Magoffin County, Kentucky passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022 at the Bedford Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center in Bedford Springs, Kentucky.
