Officials with the Letcher County Sheriff’s Office are currently searching for a man who is said to have been missing since January 14th.
45-year-old Randall “Joe” Donnelly was last spotted leaving the Isom Double Kwik, on foot. He is said to have been wearing a camouflage jacket and black pants with red stripes down the side.
Donnelly is described as standing five-feet-tall, weighing around 160 lbs. with brown-grey hair and brown eyes. He also has tattoos of names on his arms and a star tattoo on his neck.
