One Pike County, man who was already facing charges for possessing and producing child pornography, now faces an additional charge for cyberstalking.

39-year-old Robert Preston, of Shelbiana, was initially arrested in October of 2020 over a charge of coercing a minor to engage in  and record sexually explicit conduct over the course of 11 months between 2016 and 2017. He was later additionally charged with possessing pornography of a child less than 12-years of age.

The additional charge Preston now faces is for allegedly using Snapchat to harass and intimidate a person in 2019.

Preston has entered into a not-guilty plea to all charges. His trial is set for April 25th.
