Phyllis Ann McKinney, age 77 of Craynor, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky. She was born March 9, 1944 in McDowell, Kentucky to the late Jack & Edna Gayheart.

Visitation will begin Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at 6pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 12 noon at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating

Burial will follow at Emmitt Tackett Cemetery, Craynor, Kentucky
