A man out of Perry County is now being charged after police say he committed sexual offenses last month.
Officials received the initial complaint from the victim’s legal guardian.
20-year-old Jackson Baker, of Gays Creek, was employed with Fast-Staff at Hazard ARH. The victim was a patient at the hospital.
According to the warrant for arrest, Baker is said to have groped the victim, attempted to force his hands into inappropriate areas, kissed her on the mouth, and finally left her with his number written on a piece of paper he stuffed into her bra.
The warrant further explains that Baker attempted to get the woman to have sex with him while they were in her room. When she denied him, Baker is said to have restrained her as a means of keeping her inside of the room.
Baker is currently under house arrest and is set to be in court on March 8th.
