A woman out of Louisville is asking to make a change to her plea in a case that accuses her of distributing meth in Pike and Clark counties.
41-year-old Bethany Sutton is currently charged with conspiracy, distributing meth and meth possession. Those charges carry a potential sentence of between 10-years and life in prison.
Sutton had previously pleaded not-guilty, but on Wednesday, she asked to change her plea, explaining she had come to a deal with prosecutors. A hearing is currently scheduled for February 15th at the US District Court in Pikeville.
