Blade Spencer Caudill, age 17 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. He was born June 9, 2004 in Johnson County, Kentucky to Rachael Spradlin (James) Lafferty & Kenneth Caudill.

Visitation will begin Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Sunday, February 13, 2022

Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 14, 2022 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Bobby Spradlin officiating

Burial will follow at Family Cemetery, Salyersville, Kentucky
