Chuck “Pit Bull” Hampton, age 63 of Flat Gap, Kentucky passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022 at his residence. Born August 31, 1958 in Johnson County, he was the son of the late Howard “Boss” Hampton and Anna Avonelle Jaynes Hampton.

Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at the Concord Independent Church with burial to follow in the Hampton Family Cemetery. Steve Rose will officiate. Friends may visit the church from 5:00pm to 9:00pm Sunday, all day Monday and until the time of service on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that contributions be made to the Phelps & Son Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses by calling (606)789-8989.
