Samuel Tackett, age 45, of Hammond, KY died Thursday February 10, 2022. He was born May 1, 1976 in Prestonsburg, KY to Wendell Tackett and the late Kathy Fraley Tackett.

Friends may visit the Preston Funeral Home on Sunday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., on Monday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., and on Tuesday after 9 a.m. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday at 12 noon in the Preston Funeral Home Chapel with Kevin Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Gethsemane Gardens in Prestonsburg, KY.
