Joe Lee Honeycutt, age 77 of Martha, Kentucky passed away Monday, February 14, 2022 at Paintsville ARH. Born February 20, 1944 in Johnson County, Kentucky to the late Malcolm Honeycutt and Aileen Collins Honeycutt.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00pm Thursday, February 17, 2022 in the Phelps and Son Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Honeycutt-Vanover Cemetery at Martha, Kentucky. James Horn, Albert Horn and Curt Howard will officiate. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home Wednesday, February 16, 2022 from 4:00pm until 9:00pm and on Thursday after 9:00am until time of services at 1:00pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
