Police are currently working to investigate an officer-involved shooting that left one person dead in Magoffin County.

The incident happened at around 11:00 PM this past Sunday night on Lacey Creek Road. Very few details have been released as of now, but Kentucky State Police have confirmed that the incident involved a state trooper and that one person had died.
