Patsy Sue Newman Frasure, age 79, of Grethel, KY widow of Willie Frasure, died Sunday, February 13, 2022, in the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY. She was born April 14, 1942, in Grethel, KY a  daughter of the late Oscar and Mary Belle Hall Newman.

Funeral service for Patsy Sue Newman Frasure will be conducted Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 11 AM in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin. Burial will follow in the Newman-Kidd Cemetery, Grethel, KY. Visitation is from 6 until 9 PM Thursday, and after 10 AM until 9 PM Friday at Hall Funeral Home.
