William Dewey Vance, known as Bill, died at his home on February 19, 2022. He was 79 years old, born November 26,1942 in Beaver, Ky.

Visitation will begin Sunday, February 20, 2022 at 6pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky and will continue Monday, February 21, 2022 at 3pm at the church

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 1pm at Little Rosa Old Regular Baptist Church (IBA), McDowell, Kentucky with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating

Burial will follow at Lucy Hall Cemetery, McDowell, Kentucky
