An Amber-Alert was put out last night in the Louisville area.

 

2-year-old Caeson Gordon was found just before 10:00 PM on Sunday.

 

According to police, Caeson was taken by his father and suspect, Christopher Lee Gordon, after he allegedly shot the child’s mother. When officers arrived on the scene, they discovered the woman and a 10-year-old boy inside of a vehicle. Both had gunshot wounds.

 

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene and the 10-year-old was taken to Norton Children’s Hospital for treatment. The identity of the woman has not yet been released.

 

It was shortly after this that the Amber-Alert was issued, with officers locating Gordon’s truck hours later, which Caeson was sitting inside of.

 

According to officials, Gordon has a significant violent history and should be considered armed and dangerous.
