A Johnson County man, who was arrested on meth trafficking charges during a traffic stop in Prestonsburg earlier this month, is now under federal indictment alongside two other people as part of a meth trafficking conspiracy.
38-year-old Ned Davis, of Paintsville, 41-year-old Davon Blackford, of Lexington, and 27-year-old Megan Stacy, of Sitka, are all charged with conspiracy to distribute meth and possession of meth with the intention of distributing. Davis faces additional charges of possession along with a number of gun charges.
Both Davis and Stacy face potential prison sentences of up to 40-years if convicted on the conspiracy charge. Blackford faces a potential life sentence due to him having a previous robbery conviction.
