Betty Jones, age 86 of Paintsville, Kentucky passed away Monday, March 7, 2022 at her residence. Born April 4, 1935 in Johnson County, Kentucky to the late Harry Stapleton and Bertha Lemaster Stapleton.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Thursday, March 10, 2022 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, Kentucky. Johnny Estep and Kevin Hazelett will officiate. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2:00-8:00pm and on Thursday after 9:00am until time of services at 11:00am
