Anita Sturgill, age 51 of Mallie, Kentucky, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, March 20, 2022, at the Hazard ARH in Hazard, Kentucky. She was born on September 5, 1970, in Whitesburg, Kentucky to Ronnie Roark and Brenda Everage Newman.

Family will receive friends from 6PM-10PM Tuesday, March 22, 2022, and anytime Wednesday March 23, 2022, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky with service each evening at 7PM.

Funeral Service will be 1PM on Thursday March 24, 2022, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky with Jamie Hughes and James Hughes officiating. Burial to follow at the Mountain Memory Gardens in Hindman, Kentucky.
