A man out of Knott County was arrested and charged with murder following the discovery of body in Johnson County last week. The body in question belonged to 46-year-old Paul Setser, who was reported missing on December 30th.

 

52-year-old James Pratt, of Pine Top, is accused of killing Paul Setser. He was charged with murder and abuse of a corpse this past Sunday.

 

This arrest was made as a result of a lengthy investigation by deputies, state police, and agents with the ATF, which began shortly after Setser was initially reported missing.

 

Pratt is currently being held in the Kentucky River Regional Jail, in Hazard. He is also facing drug trafficking and other charges following his indictment in Floyd County last month.
