Kansas “Boe” Ousley, age 85 of Martin, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, March 25, 2022 at Hazard ARH, Hazard, Kentucky. She was born July 18, 1936 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Beverly & Maltia Samons Conn. She was the wife of the late Willis Dean Ousley. She was a homemaker.

She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Visitation will begin Sunday, March 27, 2022 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Monday, March 28, 2022

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 12 noon at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Shawn Tussey & Bud Crum officiating

Burial will follow at Adkins-Crum Cemetery, Arkansas Creek, Martin, Kentucky
