A Lincoln County man is currently wanted after he allegedly threatened to shoot a Wayne County magistrate.

 

42-year-old Denny Lee Adkins, of Branchland, is wanted for making terroristic threats.

 

They claim the threats were made on Thursday to shoot a Wayne County Magistrate and any law enforcement official who threatened to arrest Adkins. Adkins is said to be wanted already on charges of strangulation and domestic battery.

 

Anyone with information about Adkins whereabouts is asked to call the West Virginia State Police at 304-372-5131.
