Billy Allen Williams, age 85, of Banner, KY, husband of Lora Virginia Cecil Williams, passed away Monday, March 28, 2022 at his residence.  He was born April 27, 1936 in Banner, KY, a son of the late James and Bertha Meade Williams.  He was a elder and deacon of the New Beginnings Fellowship Church, Pikeville, KY, a member of the Kiwanis Club and a retired carpenter and hoist operator.

Funeral service will be conducted Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Jared Arnett officiating.  Burial will follow in the Williams Family Cemetery, Banner, KY, visitation is after 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
