Leslie D. Hensley 86, of Kermit, WV passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY. He was born on February 23, 1936 in Lovely, KY to the late Homer and Carmel Williamson Hensley.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 Tuesday, March 29, 20222 at the Warfield Chapel of the Callaham Funeral Home in Warfield, KY with Eugene Marcum officiating. Burial will follow at the Carter-Messer Cemetery. Friends may visit at the chapel one hour prior to services at 12:00pm. Arrangements are under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, KY.
