in Lexington, KY.
He was born at Antwerp, Belgium on April 20, 1947 to William Prescott Smith and Simone Stephania Bosly Smith.

2022, at 2:00PM with Ricky Smith officiating and military honors being conducted by the Knott County DAV Chapter
