Whitesburg, KY.
He was born at Smithsboro, KY on February 25, 1935 to Gordon Madden and Dicie Mullins Madden.

Memorial services for Charles Garnett Maddin will be held at Letcher Independent Baptist Church at 6:00 PM,
Monday, April 4, 2022, with Bill Jones officiating. Visitation will be held at the Church, Monday evening from 4PM
until time of service at 6PM.
