Charles Ray “Catfish” Day, 75, of Catlettsburg, KY passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Day was born April 30, 1946, in Hyden, Kentucky to the late Warner and Judy Joseph Day.

He was a Diesel Mechanic for over 48 years. In his spare time, he loved to go fishing, work on his boats, and he liked to buy things that were broken and fix them.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Friday, April 1, 2022, at Wilson Funeral Home in Louisa, KY with Bro. J. C. Caudill officiating. Burial will follow in the Carter-Day Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Thursday, March 31 from 6:00-9:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
