A man out of Magoffin County has now been indicted in federal court on charges of child pornography.

 

53-year-old David Keith Jackson, of Salyersville, has been charged with two counts of receiving and one count of possessing child porn.

 

Jackson was initially arrested in May of last year following an investigation by the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crimes Branch.

 

If he is convicted, Jackson could face a potential prison sentence of up to 20-years.
