An update from the London-Laurel Rescue Squad:

 

This past Saturday, at approximately 11:30 a.m. the London-Laurel Rescue Squad responded to a motor vehicle accident near 2700 Craig’s Creek Rd. It was reported that two people had been run over by their truck at the boat ramp. 

 

One patient was flown by helicopter to a level 1 trauma center. 

 

Rescue Divers made connections underwater for the truck to be pulled out by TJ’s Towing. 

 

Also responding were Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County, Laurel County Sheriff’s Office, Baldrock Fire Dept., Kentucky State Police, PHI, Kentucky Fish & Wildlife, and Laurel County DPS / Emergency Management
