James Powell “Softy” Lemaster, age 63 of Leander, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022 in Keaton, Kentucky. Born December 25, 1958, he was the son of the late Charles “Ike” Lemaster and Mary Grover “Tiny” Lemaster.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Friday, April 8, 2022 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home. Burial will folllow in the Hannah & Lemaster Cemetery, Leander. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 5:00pm to 9:00pm Thursday, and 9:00am until the time of service on Friday. In Lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial contributions can be made to the Phelps & Son Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
