Rebecca Mullins, age 75 of Mousie, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center, Hazard, Kentucky. She was born December 25, 1946 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Tommy & Opal Green Newsome. She was the wife of the late Jimmy Ray Mullins.

Visitation will begin Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Friday, April 8, 2022

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 12 noon at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with JM Sloce officiating

Burial will follow at Stumbo Cemetery, Minnie, Kentucky
