Carolyn Samantha Combs Black, age 56, of Garrett, KY, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2022 at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center, Lexington, KY.  She was born August 21, 1965, in Martin, KY, to Winifred Grace Moore Combs and the late Jerry M. Combs.  She was a member of the Hueysville Church of Christ and a retired Pharmacist.

Funeral service will be conducted Friday, April 8, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Chester Ray Varney officiating.  Burial will follow in the Bolen Cemetery, Garrett, KY, visitation is after 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
