A man out of Letcher County who previously pleaded guilty to child pornography, has been sentenced to a total of 30-years in prison.

47-year-old Eric Banks, of Isom, pleaded guilty to a single federal charge of producing child pornography last year. As part of his plea agreement, he admitted to recording at least three videos depicting his co-defendant, 34-year-old Nicole Combs, as she engaged in criminal sexual activity with a 4-year-old boy.

With a total sentence of 360-months, U.S. District Judge Robert Wier gave Banks the maximum sentence possible. Combs’ sentencing is scheduled for June. This, following her pleading guilty last month to two counts of producing child porn.
