Paul Arlin Pelphrey, age 83, of Hager Hill, Kentucky, passed away Friday, April 8, 2022 at his home.

Paul was born August 4, 1938 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late Vencil L. Pelphrey and Ruby Hughes Pelphrey.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Justene Williams Pelphrey whom he married on August 10, 1958. To this union were born two children, son, Peydon A. Pelphrey and wife Michelle of Winchester, Kentucky and daughter, Stephene A. Boggs and husband Jr. of Hager Hill, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 Noon Tuesday, April 12, 2022 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Tim Porter and Roy Collett officiating. Entombment will follow at Johnson County Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 11, 2022 and 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 Noon Tuesday, April 12, 2022.
