Randell Dean Blackburn, age 60 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at his residence. He was born December 2, 1961 in Floyd County, Kentucky, Kentucky to the late Earl Dean & Anna Lou Maynard Blackburn. He was a carpenter.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 6pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 11am at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Bill Collins officiating

Burial will follow at Blackburn Cemetery, Cow Creek, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
