Tracy Ray Stiltner, 48, of Ransom, KY, passed away Friday, April 8, 2022, at the Tug Valley Regional Medical Center.  Tracy was born January 17, 1974, in Williamson, WV, the son of Linda Kaye Lester Stiltner of Ransom, KY, and the late Eddie Ray Stiltner.

Visitation for Tracy will be held Sunday, April 10, 2022, after 6 PM at the Bluesprings Freewill Baptist Church, Ransom, KY, with special services at 7 PM.  Funeral services will be held Monday, April 11,2022, beginning at 11 AM at the church with Larry Hubbard and Roger Bogar officiating.  Burial will follow in the Mountain View Memory Gardens, Huddy, KY, with his family and friends serving as pallbearers.  R.
